The apartment has prime location on Pentire Headland and has sea views overlooking the famous surf spot of Fistral Beach. It is immediately next to the coastal path so a stroll to either the surfing Fistral Beach, the family friendly Crantock Beach or even a cliff top walk along the Pentire Nature Reserve takes only a few minutes. The unique cliff top Lewinnick Lodge Bar and Restaurant, Newquay Golf Club, Fern Pit Cafe (overlooking the picturesque Gannel) are all within a few minutes walk. With a swimming pool next door and being within 20 minutes walk from Newquay Station and the main town 1 Spinnakers is in an excellent location for your holiday.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a walk in shower making it accessible accommodation. It has an allocated parking space, a secured entrance, free wi-fi, digital safe for valuables, and a patio area. All linen and towels along with a welcome pack are provided on arrival.
STORAGE SPACE - There is a good size storage space in the large entrance hall. The storage contains the digital safe for valuables, coat hooks, fold up outdoor chairs for use on the beach, steam iron and ironing board, Dyson hoover, travel cot, high chair, baby rocker chair, whilst still having room for guest luggage.
KITCHEN/DINER - There is a range of quality fitted units; double oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster and an ample supply of kitchenware, making this a home from home. The dining area has a dining table and chairs for up to 7.
LOUNGE - The lounge is extremely spacious and comfortable, of contemporary design, with French doors leading to a small patio. The lounge has 3 plush leather sofas with cushions plus a 3-seater futon (which can be folded down to sleep 2 if required), a micro music system (CD/radio), flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player. There are children/family games, a selection of books and several beach toys available in the apartment for guests use.
The contemporary apartment is decorated to a high standard with framed photographs supplied by a local photographer whose work can be seen in various outlets in the local area.
MASTER BEDROOM & ENSUITE (SLEEPS 2) â With a Super King Size Oak Bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps, mirror, TV/DVD combination, and alarm clock radio.
The ensuite has a bath, a separate walk in shower, wash basin, mirror and WC.
Crisp white bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental tariff.
BEDROOM 2 (SLEEPS 2-3) - With 1 Solid Ash Single Bed, 1 Solid Ash Guest Bed (which can be made into 2 single beds or a King Size Double bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps, TV/DVD combination, and alarm clock radio.
Crisp white bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental tariff.
FAMILY BATHROOM - The family bathroom has a shower, bath, wash basin, mirror and WC.
PARKING - There is allocated off road parking for 1 car. Additional parking is available off-site.

No 1 Spinnakers is a spacious ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite with walk in shower) and sleeps up to 7 plus baby/toddler (travel cot supplied).
The apartment has on-site allocated parking and is fully fitted out for self catering with all the necessary appliances to make your stay comfortable. Guests can also take the opportunity to relax and revive in the hotel swimming pool and sauna, situated right next door, for a minimal charge.

• From the A30 take the A39 exit toward Newquay/A392/St Dennis/B3279/Indian Queens.
• At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto the A392, go through 2 roundabouts.
• At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A392/Trevemper Rd.
• At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Gannel Road.
• At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Pentire Rd.
• After 0.8 miles turn right into Spinnakers.
• No 1 Spinnakers allocated parking space is on the far right, marked "1".
• Please be aware a parking permit is required which you will find in the apartment on arrival.

• The bus stop is immediately outside the apartment on Pentire Avenue. There is a shelter with seating. By Air:

Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking
• The key for the building can be collected via a secure Key Coded Key-Safe on the outside of the property. The Key Coded Key-Safe is 80 cm high. Location and details of the code will be given on booking. A Meet & Greet service may be organised if required.
• Allocated parking is available for 1 car in the car park which is within 15 metres of the front door of the building. There is limited free on street parking for additional cars within 50 metres.
• There are additional visitors parking bays onsite at the front and rear of the building which may be available.
• The parking area has a level tarmacced surface and the area is well lit at night.
• Please note a parking permit is required for all cars parked onsite, including the visitor’s spaces. Parking permits will be provided in the apartment.
Entrance to Property
• Access to the building entrance is step free and is well lit at night.
• The front door into the entrance area is 80 cm wide and the keyhole lock is 1 metre high.
• The floor covering inside the entrance area is a short pile carpet. This area is well lit with motion sensor lights.
• The front door to No 1 Spinnakers apartment is 9 metres from the main building entrance door and through a second door of 85 cm wide.
• There is a second secure Key Coded Key-Safe next to the front door of No 1 Spinnakers apartment to obtain access into the apartment. The Key Coded Key-Safe is 1.5 metres high. Details of the code will be given on booking
• The front door to No 1 Spinnakers apartment is 78 cm wide and the keyhole lock is 1 metres high.
• The exit to rear of the building 80 cm wide, 95 cm high and 3 metres from 1 Spinnakers front door.
• The bin area and recycling area are within 30 metres of the rear of the building along a gentle slope.
• The apartment front door can be unlocked from inside without a key to enable easy exit incase of fire or emergency.
Hallway
• Once inside No 1 Spinnakers there is an entrance hall with a large cupboard for storing luggage and providing hanging space for coats. The electronic safe for guest’s valuables is inside the cupboard.
• The storage cupboard has double doors each are 80 cm wide.
• The apartment is on 1 level with the hall opening into the bathroom, 2 bedrooms and the very spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The hall has light wood laminate flooring, is 9 metres long and 1. 1 metres wide.
• Doors into the bathroom and bedrooms are 80 cm wide. The double doors into the open plan area are 1. 6 metres wide.
• Visitors can be let into the external entrance area via a telephone handset and lock release button from within No 1 Spinnakers apartment if necessary. The telephone handset and lock release button are 1.45 cm high.
Open Plan Lounge, Dining and Kitchen Area (9.5 metres x 5 metres)
Heating throughout the apartment is by gas central heating. All radiators have thermostats with a room thermostat located in the hallway next to the lounge entrance doors which is 1.55 metres high.
Lounge Area (5 metres x 8.5 metres):
• The double door opening into the Open Plan Lounge, Dining, and Kitchen area is 1 6 metres wide with level entry from the hallway. Door handle is 1 metre high.
• The lounge area has 2 x 3-seater leather sofas and a 2 seater leather sofa with non-feather cushions together with 2 low coffee tables. There is also a 3-seater futon which can be easily dropped into a double bed if required.
• The sofa seats are 40 cm high
• The futon seats are 45 cm high, and when dropped into a double bed is 45 cm high.
• The coffee tables are 45 cm high x 90 cm x 55 cm; and 45 cm high x 55 cm x 55 cm.
• Furniture can be moved if necessary.
• There is a widescreen free view digital television with teletext and subtitles, plus a DVD player, both with remote controls. Instructions are available in the Welcome Pack. There is also a CD player with radio and MP3 / IPOD dock.
• There is no telephone fitted, however there is good mobile phone network coverage and is wi-fi internet access is available free of charge.
• The decoration is cream walls with a dark brown, medium pile carpet, there are photographs throughout the apartment taken by a local photographer.
• Lighting is natural daylight from 2 windows and the 3 panel patio doors. There are also two overhead lights, 2 wall lights and a floor lamp in the room.
• The lounge window is 65 cm above floor level, 95 cm wide x 1.4 metres high with a key operated lock which is 1.35 metres above floor level.
• The patio doors offer interrupted views over Fistral Bay. The door can be unlocked from inside without a key to enable easy exit incase of fire or emergency.
• The garden and patio area is accessed from the patio doors in the lounge. There is a step down onto the patio. The patio door is 74 cm wide and the door handle is 1.1 metres high.
• Outside folding chairs are available for use in the storage cupboard.
• To exit the patio door there is a 10 cm high step and a drop of 40 cm onto the patio
• The paved patio area is 2.5 metres x 2.5 metres opening onto a grassed area of 20 metres x 5-10 metres with interrupted views over Fistral Bay.
Kitchen Area:
• The dining room is open plan with the kitchen.
• Flooring is light wooden laminate.
• The worktop height is 93 cm.
• The top cupboards are 42 cm above the worktop.
• Double electric oven with drop down doors with 5 ring gas hob above. The oven door handles are 50 cm and 80 cm above floor level. The hob is 95 cms above the floor.
• Extractor fan above cooker with extractor light is 1.65 metres above floor level.
• Sink at worktop height, 93 cm, with cupboards underneath.
• Front loading dish washer is under the worktop.
• Front loading washing/dryer machine is under the worktop.
• Lighting is by several spotlights on ceiling, with under unit lighting.
• Flooring is light with light coloured cupboards.
• Very large fridge freezer. The highest shelf in fridge is 1.75 metres and the lowest shelf is 1 metre. The highest shelf in the freezer is 1 metre and lowest shelf in the freezer is 50 cms.
• Microwave, cordless kettle and toaster on work surface.
• A large selection of high quality cooking utensils are provided.
• There is a smoke alarm in the kitchen area. There are a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket easily visible and accessible in the kitchen just below the worktop level.
• The kitchen window is over the sink, is 95 cm x 95 cm, the key lock is 65 cm above the worktop.
• Glasses and crockery can be moved from wall cupboards to lower cupboards, if required, please request this when booking.
Dining Area:
• The dining room is open plan with the kitchen.
• Flooring is wooden laminate.
• The dining table is in the dining area with 6 chairs.
• The extendable oak dining table is 75 cm high, 1.65 metres long and 80 cms wide.
• The chair seats are 50 cm high.
• Chairs are movable with padded seats and no arms.
Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom (3.4 metres x 4.6 metres)
• Door width 80cm wide with level entry from the hallway. The door handle is 1 metre high.
• Super King bed is 2 metres x 2 metres (6 ft x 6ft). Top of the mattress is 50 cm above floor level.
• Clearance at the end of bed between the built in wardrobe is 60 cm.
• Clearance at either side of the bed to the walls are 1.25 metres and 1.4 metres.
• The double built in wardrobe is fitted with 2 hanging rails, fixed1.6 metres and 2.1 metres above floor level giving room for hanging clothing and luggage underneath. Shelves are 10cm, 1.15 metres and 1.65 metres above floor level. The door handles are 95 cm above floor level.
• There is a 4 drawer cupboard which is 1 metre high and 80 cm wide.

• The coastal path with outstanding views across the Cornish coastline is only a few hundred metres from the property. This area can be accessed by car or on foot from the apartment.
