19 Anstis Court - sleeps 4

This delightful modern holiday apartment provides a luxury base from which to explore the Jurassic Coast, Devon and Dorset countryside as well as the quaint Regency town of Sidmouth.

Situated in the quiet Woolbrook area of Sidmouth, it is only a few minutes drive to the sea front and the town centre. Alternatively a leisurely stroll along the picturesque "Byes" footpath following the River Sid to the sea will take you to the Esplanade. The walk is less than a mile and a half and takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Accommodation:
This modern and well equipped apartment is located on the third floor (with lift to second floor) of Anstis Court which is situated in the residential area of Sidmouth known as Woolbrook.

Woolbrook has its own shops offering everything for day to day shopping. It is also situated on a bus route.

The accommodation is light and airy and very comfortably furnished.

It features a good-size hallway with two cupboards, bedroom with sumptuous king-size bed and flat-screen tv/dvd player, bathroom with bath and shower, kitchen with Neff appliances including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, 4 ring gas hob and double electric oven, and lounge/dining room featuring a 42" flat screen TV, cinema sound system/DVD player and Nintendo Wii and opulent chaise-lounge sofabed.

A private parking space is also included.

All linen is provided including bed linen and towels - please provide own beach towels.

Changeover day is Friday.
