Property description
Welcoming bed and breakfast in an extended croft-house with a spacious feel. Two double bedrooms and one bathroom on their own floor. Owned by Caroline Cousins, who moved up from London in 2003, with small dogs welcomed. Large open plan dining and sitting area, and cosy private sitting room with large television (and a baby grand piano if required)for guests. Wonderful views, safe garden for small dogs, and easy walking either directly from the house or nearby. Dinner can be provided by arrangement, and during the summer usually includes home grown vegetables and soft fruit.

Area description
Golf at three major courses including Royal Dornoch is within fifteen minutes drive. The ferries to Orkney are an hour away, Dunrobin Castle and walks through Dunrobin woods, and the Big Burn walks, within 15 minutes, and the Castle of Mey also an hour's drive. Loch Fleet nature reserve is nearby, and during the summer there are local highland games and agricultural shows. The Sutherland Pipe Band is usually to be heard on Saturday evenings in Dornoch during the summer.
