In an ideal location in this recently refurbished Victorian villa with 4 en-suite bedrooms (awaiting VisitScotland grading inspection)and self catering Garden Suite (VisitScotland 3* Self Catering Grading). All the comforts of home.
The rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds, Egyptian cotton linen, fluffy soft towels, hospitality tray and kettle, iron, hairdryer, free wi-fi, mini-fridges and good heating systems. Guest lounge and dining room is available throughout your stay. Breakfast options include light continental tray breakfast in your room, or full substantial continental breakfast in the dining room. One ground floor en-suite double room. Not suitable for wheelchairs but may be suitable for limited mobility - has 2 access steps to guest house from car park level and 1 access step to Garden Suite.
Cooked breakfast and light lunchs are available Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm in the Station Cafe nearby.
The Garden Suite sleeps 2 and is available May to September. It has lovely conservatory lounge with comfortable sofas, bedroom with double or twin beds, with walk in shower and fully equipped kitchen. Own outside patio with garden furniture.

Only 400m from the beach and all the town amenities. Opposite Prestwick Golf Club and handy for accessing all the world renowned Ayrshire golf courses (we can arrange your tee times). Enjoy the Ayrshire Coastal Path or national coastal cycle route with their views over the Island of Arran or as far as Ireland on a clear day, or simply chill out. For great days out, visit the Burns Birthplace Museum and Burns Cottage, or drive to Culzean Castle or Dumfries House and enjoy the historic houses and their grounds.
