Aldine Holiday Flats, Worthing

The flats are accessed through a small shared lobby then a private doorway to each individual flat. The first floor flat is up easy rising stairs. They both consist of a kitchen/diner, large lounge, bedroom, bathroom or shower room and separate WC.

The kitchens are large and well equipped with full size cooker, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer. Each kitchen has a washing machine and ironing facilities and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you may require There is washing line in the garden for your use.

Each flat consists of one large bedroom which contains two 3’ single beds, a 2’6” bed, wardrobes and dressing table. The lounge is spacious and furnished with a comfortable three-piece suite, dining table, colour television/dvd player and an electric fire. There is also a single fold up bed if required.

The bathroom in the first floor flat is fully tiled and has a power shower over the bath. An immersion heater provides the hot water for the bathroom and kitchen. The ground floor flat has a shower room with step in shower cubicle and basin.

There is a pay phone in the entrance lobby for your use if required.

Both flats are non-smoking and we do our best to ensure this is enforced at all times.

A small welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is there for you when you arrive with our compliments. Larger food packs can be supplied on request.

Our lets run from Sunday to Sunday although during the low season we may be able to accommodate other dates..

A deposit of £30 per week is payable at the time of booking, the balance payment is due four weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. On longer lets of a month or more a week’s rent is taken as deposit.

Bed linen is provided for two single beds, extra sets can be provided if required at a cost of £4 per bed per week (duvets, pillows and blankets are provided).

I am sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets.

There is off street parking at the end of the garden, the rest of which is laid to lawn and is available for guests use. There are two garden chairs provided for your use.
