Whether you are visiting Cambridge for business or for a holiday, you will find the welcome at Appletree House a warm one!

Appletree House aims to offer a home-from-home experience to all visitors to Cambridge. Whether you are here for a one-day meeting, a weekend break or a longer stay, we want to make your time with us as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, Appletree House provides its guests with a luxuriously cosy and restful sanctury at a reasonable price. With a double/twin room and a single room available to visitors, we hope that our bed and breakfast will feel more like home, but we do offer free intenet access should you need to contact the office! And the age-old problem of parking in Cambridge is solved here, as we have off-road parking space for up to three cars!

We offer a double/twin room and a single room both decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard.

Each of our rooms is uniquely decorated and spotlessly clean and our team are on hand to help you feel at home! If you need anything during you stay with us, please don't hesitate to ask!

Room Features

Both rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, colour television and hairdryer. Free internet access is available throughout the house on request. Please note that as Appletree House is a non-smoking house, all of our rooms are non-smoking.

Double/Twin Room

This room is spacious and airy, yet with its warm tones, is very inviting! It comprises of:

* 2 single beds,
* plenty of storage space with 2 sets of drawers and a large double wardrobe,
* a desk should you need to work during your stay in Cambridge.

Single Room

Perfect for the solo traveller. This room comprises of:

* single bed,
* ample storage with 1 chest of drawers and 1 large wardrobe,
* a desk should you need to work during your stay in Cambridge.

Both rooms have access to a large luxury bathroom with toilet, power shower and bath and a ground floor bathroom with power shower.

Room Rates

The following rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of a choice of breakfast and VAT.

Please note that these rates may vary, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations. Weekly rates may be negotiated by prior arrangement.

We accept cash or cheques accompanied by a valid cheque guarantee card (other arrangements may be made for corporate clients only).

Double: £60

Single occupancy of double room: £45
