Scenically and conveniently situated in a quiet wooded development on the edge of this ever popular mountain resort which offers an excellent choice of shops, restaurants and pubs, this modern attractive semi-detached bungalow is ideally placed for exploring the Highlands or participating in the many leisure activities available which include water sports, walking, climbing, golf, bird and wildlife-watching and winter sports at nearby Cairngorm. Aviemore lies in beautiful Speyside amidst magnificent mountain scenery and there are excellent museums, a wildlife park, the famous Landmark Visitor Centre, the spectacular Cairngorm funicular railway as well as easy access to the Whisky Trail and Loch Ness. This area is also home to the Monarch of the Glen television series. The nearby Dalfaber Country Club has a swimming pool and many other facilities.

This smart bungalow faces south and has a lovely enclosed rear garden which enjoys extensive mountain views and has garden furniture and a brick barbeque for outdoor dining.
