Ballaminers House sleeps up to eight people and offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, three reception rooms, dining room and kitchen.

The double fronted stone house dates from the mid 18th century and has been sympathetically updated using Farrow and Ball paint colours and soft furnishings which compliment the age and lay out of the property.

On the ground floor the reception rooms lead from the hall area which has original slate floors. There are three reception rooms one of which has an open log fire , two with Samsung Flatscreens and one without which we call the ' quiet room' where guests can read , play a board game or just relax into one of the comfy sofas. There is also a house computer and book library for the use of guests during their stay.
The dining room leads into the kitchen which also has slate floors. The kitchen is well equipped with a large stainless steel fridge/ freezer, microwave, electric freestanding double oven and grill, dishwasher, and washer / dryer. The breakfast/ dining room is also home to our blue twin oven Aga .

The four bedrooms and two bathrooms are all situated upstairs. There are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom which is suitable for children. One of the double bedrooms has zip and link beds which can be made up to provide either a Super King six foot bed or two three foot beds. The family bathroom has an original roll top bath and the second bathroom offers both bath and power shower.
Outside is a well stocked large secure garden ideal for children and dogs. There is also a patio area from where you can see stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

Double clothes line for wet suits. Private onsite car park. Very large field .

We also have two holiday cottages across the former farmyard from the farmhouse which each sleep four people. This might suit those looking for extra accommodation .
