Property description
Once a hay barn, the cottage is full of character, with open beams, stonework, a wood burning stove and distant sea views, providing holiday accommodation of the highest quality.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room, double bedroom with en-suite shower, hand basin and wc, twin bedroom, bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, hand basin and wc. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room is equipped with a lcd television, video,dvd and wood burning stove.
On the first floor overlooking the sitting room, there is a gallery bedroom with twin beds. The property is heated by electric night storage heaters and a wood burning stove.

Area description
Pembrokeshire is a wonderful county for anyone interested in the great outdoors, offering a fabulous range of pursuits for nature-lovers, walkers, climbers, sailors, surfers, horse-riders or cyclists. It is also an ideal location for families, with its many beautiful sandy beaches as well as castles and all-weather attractions.
In Manorbier itself, the large sandy beach is gently sloping and therefore ideal for smaller children. It has many fascinating rock pools to explore with a babbling brook flowing down to the sea giving hours of entertainment for everyone. Given the right wind direction this is also a popular beach for surfing and of course the Pembrokeshire coastal path runs along the headland above the beach.
The village also has a well-stocked shop and Post Office which is open all hours. There is a pub, a café and a hotel, all of which serve food if you do not wish to travel the five miles into Tenby.
Manorbier castle, a splendid example of a Norman castle, is only a few minutes walk away and close to Manorbier there are plenty of attractions (including many all-weather facilities) for everyone to enjoy.
