Property description
Belvedere Cottage is an attractive single storey dwelling with a private garden behind. It has an incredible hilltop setting and enjoys stunning views of the Perthshire countryside.
It looks northwest through Glenfarg and over the Tay estuary to the Highlands beyond.
Whilst the property occupies a superb rural location it is far from isolated. It has excellent local services in nearby Glenfarg, with a more comprehensive range of facilities in Kinross (9 miles) and Perth (9 miles). If you want to enjoy a cosy meal out, Belvedere Cottage is only a short walk from the famous Bein Inn.
The location is ideal for the commuter, being accessible to Perth, Dundee, Edinburgh and Stirling. There is access to the M90 both at Bridge of Earn and Milnathort. Perth has a main line railway station and Edinburgh, with its wide range of domestic and international flights, is 34 miles to the south.
The surrounding countryside is known for its beauty and range of recreational activities. Trout fishing can be taken on Loch Leven and salmon fishing on the River Earn. There are a wealth of golf courses including St. Andrews, Gleneagles, Kinross, Muckhart and Dollar. For the equestrian enthusiast, there are a wealth of opportunities nearby. The ski resort of Glenshee is easily accessible.
