The Blue Ball Inn, which dates back to 1385, was thatched and built of cob and flint, destroyed by fire in March 2006 and rebuilt in 2007. The Inn has been run by the same family since 1912.
Our Inn has a large car park, colourful gardens to sit and enjoy. There are 3 bars; a food bar and an extensive family dining area. We stock most leading brands of wines, spirits and draught beers and specialise in cask conditioned ales. Traditionally served by hand pumnp from our cooled cellar.
We serve lunch from 12 - 2-30pm and evening dinner from 6pm - 9pm from our extensive menus. Local fish is our speciality and table reservation are welcome.
Private parties, wedding receptions, conferences, meeting and other functions can be catered for in our new function room.
Our accommodation now conisists of 8 en-suite bedrooms furnished to a high standard and 1 ground floor bedroom, disabled friendly with a en-suite wet room. They all have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer along with free view television and internet connection.
