Breken is a attractive Guest House situated in a convenient location in the heart of Exmouth, within five minutes level walking distance of the golden sandy beach, newly developed marina, town centre, bus and train station.

The position of the guest house makes it an ideal base from which to tour this area of outstanding natural beauty.

We guarantee you a warm welcome and a relaxed and friendly stay in our bed and breakfast accommodation.

This three storey Victorian house has been beautifully refurbished by its current owners, who won the title of Exmouth in Bloom in its category 2010.

At the heart of B&B land, close to the golden sandy beach and minutes walk from the Marina and the heart of Exmout town we are ideally located for your business or leisure.

On the ground floor you will find a modern dining room equipped with high chairs and seating for 14 covers. On the menu is a traditional English Breakfast served between 07.30 and 09.00 mid-week and 08.00 to 09.00 at the weekend.

On the first floor:
Room 2 - the largest of our rooms, this bright spacious room with an en-suite bathroom us suitable as a large double or a family room, with pull out single bed and a cot.
Room 3 - a twin room with en-suite shower room which has recenlty been refurbished
Room 4 - a double room with en-suite shower room and bay window
Room 5 - a single room with shower and sink - the toilet is located on the landing

On the second floor:
Room 6 - a bright twin room with en-suite shower room
Room 7 - a large double room with en-suite shower which converts to a family room with single pull our bed and cot
