Our Character-filled Cottage is Luxuriously appointed with Cosy Log Fires, Kingsize Beds and even a fireside Rolltop Slipper Bath! Following our detailed directions you will arrive to an immaculately presented home from home. With everything provided so that you can settle in straight away.
Downstairs there is an open-plan Living Area with hand-made extremely well-equipped Oak Kitchen, Oak Floors, Huge Original Inglenook Fireplace with Ultra-Cosy Log Fire, Comfy Armchair & Couch, Antique Dining Table & Chairs, Digital TV & Full Broadband Access. Upstairs to the Stunning Bedroom with Antique Kingsize Iron Bed (new comfy mattress!) and that infamous Fireside Slipper Bath! You can watch Digital TV/Dvd from the Bath in front of the fire. There is also an en-suite Shower Room with Large Luxurious Shower Cubicle and Power Shower.
The comprehensive Welcome Pack which awaits you provides useful details about the cottage, the area, places to eat/shop/visit etc. You will also find a plentiful supply of local maps, walking guides and local information.
You can abandon the car and walk to the stunning Coastal Path through Ancient Bluebell Woods. Dolphins, Porpoise & Seals are regularly spotted all along the Coast. You will also discover stunning award-winning beaches, explore hidden coves and quaint fishing villages. The Sunsets are truly fantastic as are the Amazingly clear un-polluted Night-Skies. A Stunning sight.
You will find the Friendly Locals more than happy to help you out should you need any assistance. The Local Produce is top-quality and a Visit to the Local Farmshops an absolute Must. Top Quality Pubs & Restaurants serve absolutely Fresh Fish and Shellfish along with locally sourced Meats, Vegetables, Cheeses and Local Beer & Wine too. The local Heritage Coastline is a protected habitat. The Seas and Rocky Coastline harbours a vast array of Wildlife. The Stunning Coastal Path is the perfect way to experience this Stunning Natural Environment or take a Boat Trip from one of the local fishing villages.
From The Honey Farm, The Butterfly Farm and the Coastal Farm Park to the less sedate Roller Coasters at Oakwood there are plenty of activities for all ages and abilities. Blue Flag Beaches abound as well as Castles, Iron Age Forts, Burial Chambers and other numerous Historical Monuments. Opportunities to try your hand at Fishing, Riding and all manner of Watersports are also widely available. Check out the local Steam Train rides and you can even see Red Kites being fed daily too.
And after a busy or not so busy day exploring you know that you have a Magical Cottage to return to. Soak in the Rolltop Bath or Put your feet up in front of the Cosy Log Fire before you retire to an Ultra Comfy Bed! Just Perfect!
