Three bedrooms: 1 x galleried kingsize double & 1 x family room with 3 single divan beds that can be joined together to form 1 x large double bed and 1 single bed should you wish (please inform us prior to arrival) , with separate access to shared ensuit (bath with shower over, basin and WC), 1 x groundfloor kingsize double & ensuit (bath with shower over, basin and WC), ground floor WC/basin. Large , vaulted ceiling, openplan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with 3 steps down to sun lounge with French doors to decked area with hot tub and wonderful mountain views.

Tyddyn Lliw is a perfect choice for those requiring both quality and luxury in a rural idyll.
Tyddyn Lliw has a wash room and a large open plan kitchen and living area on the first floor; velux roof windows creating a light and airy feel. The fully equiped and fitted kitchen also has a dish washer & washer/dryer and from the living room, patio doors open onto a small veranda with breathtaking views over the horse paddock to the Aran mountain. The two bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin are on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are ensuite with a shower over bath, w.c and wash basin. The private hot tub is located out side under the trees in the garden. There is also a BBQ.

The owners Gareth and Sioned live in the farmhouse, which is close to the cottages, and are more than happy to help and advise when needed. Carreg y Nant is cosy, warm and welcoming. An ideal romantic retreat and great for families.
This cottage has a large ground floor open plan fully equiped Kitchen, also having a dish washer and a washer / dryer, and the very relaxing living area has 2 sets of patio doors opening to the private garden. The private hot-tub is located in the garden over looking the fields and the old oak trees. There is a small unfenced brook running through the garden.
There is a small wash room in the hall with a w.c and basin.
The bedrooms are on the 1st floor: 1 x en suite double bedroom + 1 x en suite Twin Bedroom. Each bathroom has a shower , w.c and a basin with large velux windows, which make the bathrooms very light and fresh.
The fabulous hot tub is located out side on the patio area.

LLANUWCHLLYN & BALA Bythynnod Bryn Caled are located in a stunning location overlooking the picturesque village of Llanuwchllyn and the Aran mountain. Llanuwchllyn is a mile away and a lovely walk along the public footpath along the river Lliw. In the village a visit to the Eagles Inn is a must for excellent home made food and a cold beer - the traditional Welsh Sunday lunch is a treat not to be missed. As this area is a walkers paradise you may wish to go for a long leisurely walks along the public footpaths from the village or even hop on the little steam train from the village to the town of Bala.
The bustling market town of Bala lies within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and is located at the head of Llyn Tegid, Bala’s famous lake, which is the largest natural lake in Wales and home to a unique fish called the Gwyniaid.
