Property description
Candleford is centrally heated. The rental rate includes heating, linen and towels.
There are fully enclosed, lawned gardens front and rear and private parking for 2 vehicles. A picnic table and deckchairs are provided and a slide for the children. Washing line provided.
The kitchen has room for 6 people to eat comfortably. Electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, highchair, washing machine.
Sliding doors open from the kitchen to the living room with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, TV (Freeview), DVD player. French windows open onto the (hopefully!) sunny garden deck.
Bedrooms 1&2 have double beds, wardrobes. Bedroom 3 is the largest room (space for the kids to play!) and has 2 single (3') beds and a travel cot. (The property sleeps 6 plus a baby in the travel cot).
One bathroom and one shower room, each with a WC.

Area description
Walking distance to Norfolk Wildlife Trust Holme Dunes Reserve and wonderful beach. Norfolk Ornithologists Association hide and close to RSPB Titchwell. Pub in the village The White Horse.
Hunstanton offers all sorts of entertainment - swimming pool, theatre, fun fair.
Wonderful pubs and restaurants nearby e.g. The Yurt, The Lifeboat, The Orange Tree all at Thornham, Hoste Arms at charming Burnham Market. Titchwell Manor, White Horse, Brancaster, Victoria, Holkham - lots for families and foodies!
Visit Sandringham, Holkham Hall (and famous beach), Houghton Hall. Lovely villages. See the seals at Blakeney. Sail at Brancaster and Burnham-Overy Staithes. Take the little train to the beach at Wells-next-the-Sea.
