Our 15th Century home faces the West Wall of Wells Cathedral, immediately across the Green and you are welcome to benefit from our extensive local knowledge. Rooms are individual and traditional, with modern facilities and at low prices. The view of the Cathedral as you eat your choice of breakfasts (diets a speciality) is incomparable; and full choral evensong each evening is a delight. Direct access to the Cathedral and City takes 3 minutes only, or relax in your comfortable room. The nearest good restaurant is next door and 6 more are within 150 yards. We park free on the cathedral green, beside us.

The West wall of Wells cathedral has the finest medieval statuary in Europe and adjoins Vicars Close - the oldest street in Europe. The Bishop's Palace, the Market Place, City Hall and High street are within 100 yards. Glastonbury and the Abbey and Festival, Wookey Hole, Cheddar, The Mendip Hills and the Somerset levels are all within 6 miles. Bath, Taunton, Bristol and The Severn estuary are within 20 miles.
