Carraig Lodge is a modern detached bungalow with the advantage of having all accommodation at ground floor level. The property is double-glazed and has oil fired central heating, making it cosy and suitable for rental all year round.
Set in its own grounds, it has generous off-road parking provision for guests, as well as the use of the integral garage. The rear garden is fully enclosed and provides an extensive patio area, furnished with a table and chairs plus additional sun loungers in which to relax to take advantage of this suntrap. Guests have the choice between using either the built-in BBQ or the gas BBQ.
Rental cost includes normal use of oil, gas and electricity. Towels and bed linen are provided, as is free use of wifi. Telephone calls are charged as made. A selection of board games, DVDs, CDs and books is available for guest use.
This bright, self-catering accommodation consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, which overlooks the rear garden and has access to the utility room and integral garage. There is a dining table with seating for 6 guests (and a high chair is available if required). The kitchen is fully equipped and you should find it a real home from home. Equipment provided includes: washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave oven, fridge freezer, espresso machine, food processor, as well as the usual items you expect to find.
The living room is luxuriously furnished with your comfort in mind and features a gas fire for those chillier evenings. It is equipped with WiFi, digital TV, DVD player, Micro Hi Fi System (with provision for your iPod or MP3 player). A selection of CDs, DVDs, books and board games is available for guest use.
There are three bedrooms in this rental accommodation (1 twin, 1 double and 1 double en suite) sleeping 6, all fully furnished with more than adequate storage and hanging space. Electric over blankets and hair dryers are available in the double bedrooms. A travel cot and bedding can be made available for use on request. The main bathroom has a bath, WC, wash basin and electric shower while the en suite has a shower, wash basin and WC. Shaver points are provided in both the en suite and the main bathroom.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed Booking Form and a Deposit of £100. The Balance of Payment must be made 6 weeks before booking commencement date. A Good Housekeeping Deposit of £100 is payable on arrival and is normally refunded in full within a few days of departure, provided the property is left as found, use of oil, gas and electricity is not deemed excessive and no use of telephone line has been made.
