Cartref Hotel is a friendly family run hotel with ten rooms in the centre of Fishguard. All the rooms are en-suite with freeview televisions and coffeee and tea making facilities. There is a family suite of two rooms sleeping five people.The bar and the restaurant are residential. Fishguard is surrounded by the Pembrokeshire National Park and the Pembrokeshire Coast walk goes through the town. The scenery is stunningly beautiful and varied, the lushness of the mysterious Gwaun Valley, the Atlantic light towards Strumble Head, which the walkers, cyclists and bikers come from far to enjoy. Boat trips to see the marine wildlife or to fish as well as activity days are popular. The hundred feet long Last Invasion Tapestry in the Fishguard Town Hall commemorates events over 20 years ago and is free to see.
