Chapter House is a large Victorian property in a residential cul-de-sac, only a two minute walk, BEST LOCATION FOR the beach and town centre. It is ideally located in a peaceful, leafy conservation area in the beautiful town of Budleigh Salterton. It is eight miles from Exeter and five miles from Sidmouth.
Chapter House is also only a short walk from the Jurassic Coastal Path. Budleigh Salterton beach is a lovely, clean pebble beach, perfect for children of all ages. Part of the beach is designated as dog-friendly. The town features a number of great places to eat and drink. There is car parking for one car, and unrestricted off road parking. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road for people not wanting to travel by car.

Situated in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), on the coast of Glorious East Devon, the spectacular red cliffs of Budleigh and neighbouring Exmouth form the majestic beginning
of the Jurassic Coast.
The town centre with its unique and much prized selection of shops, most of which are still independently owned, is only a short walk from the sea front. There you will find a beautifully clean pebble beach, which although not very good for sand castles, does provide clear water and safe bathing.
