Chatton Park is a luxury Northumberland estate offering luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation in the main house and a separate private detached 5 star self catering cottage in its own grounds.
Chatton Park house is one of England’s top boutique Bed and Breakfasts establishments. Recently awarded, Enjoy England’s highest accolade of 5 stars plus the prestigious gold award. Also in our first season we were lucky enough to be awarded the 2008/2009 cyclist and walker awards. In October 2008 the AA awarded us their top award of 5 Gold stars plus an excellence for breakfast award putting us in the top 10% for accommodation in the whole of Great Britain. Chatton Park House is a beautiful Georgian property nestled in 4 acres of private, tranquil, gardens, which offers uninterrupted views over the Northumberland countryside to the Cheviots hills. This elegant house was once the former home of the current Duke of Northumberland, who’s family seat is Alnwick Castle.
At Chatton Park, we are dedicated to offering the experience of a Country House Hotel at an affordable bed and breakfast price.
Amid the spectacular Northumberland countryside, Chatton Park offers the perfect base for rest, peace and tranquility. We boast close proximity to white sand beaches that will take your breath away, historic castles, (one of which played a major part in Harry Potter movies) idyllic walks and cosy village pubs. Only a short drive away you will come across the thriving market town of Alnwick, home to the International Award Winning Alnwick Gardens, designed by the current Duchess of Northumberland, or drive to the well known village of Bamburgh to visit the castle or miles of perfect beaches. There are an abundance of restaurants in the area that cater for all tastes and purses.

We are located 4 miles from the A1 and ½ a mile from Chatton our local village. Our area is renowned for its stunning beaches and scenery. We are an ideal base for exploring the Northumberland countryside and coastline.
Our great position lets you visit the Cheviots, Farne Islands, Holy Island, Alnwick castle and gardens, Bamburgh castle, Berwick upon Tweed and much more.
