Property description
Cherry Trees is set back from Church Walk to allow parking space for 4 cars in the front drive. The house has recently been beautifully furnished and comprises of front porch, kitchen with dishwasher, clothes washer-dryer, large fridge-freezer, cream units; pantry; dining room with 6 chairs; comfortable lounge with 2 sofas and an easy chair, large flat-screen TV with Sky and DVD player, a good variety of DVDs and books, cards and board games; conservatory with table and 6 chairs; downstairs toilet, sink and shower.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed; the 2nd bedroom has twin beds. The 3rd is a single with an extra comfortable pull-out bed to sleep a 6th person if required. All bed-sheets and towels are provided; There is an upstairs bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and sink.
The house has a large, pretty garden with plenty of comfortable garden furniture and all day sun when shining. The garden is fully secured and enclosed.

'Cherry Trees' is a very short walk along Church Walk from Burnham Market Green which is the heart of this beautiful village. Surrounded by gorgeous Georgian buildings , you can stroll around the quaint shops, Humble Pie Delicatessen, Arthur Howells family butcher, Grooms Bakery, Gurneys Fish Shop, wander around 'Norfolk Living', pop into boutiques, cosy art galleries or relax and watch the world go by outside 'The Hoste Arms'. For the more energetic there is a park with tennis courts nearby or why not set sail to view the seals basking on the sand banks at Morston or Blakeney Quay? There are wonderful dog-friendly beaches nearby at Holkham and Brancaster, fabulous long stretches of golden sands; sailing lessons at both Brancaster Staithe and Burnham Overy Staithe ( both are within 3 miles of Cherry Trees ) Within 5 miles you can visit the wonderful Holkham Hall and see the colourful beach huts at Wells-next-the-Sea.
