Crailing Old School is in a peaceful location between the Border towns of historic Jedburgh and Kelso. It is ideally situated for outdoor pursuits such as fishing, walking, cycling, and golf. There are some twenty- two golf courses within easy reach and tee times can be booked for you in advance. A Golf Drivivg Range is available for practice one mile away plus a golf pro. on site for tuition, club repairs and customozed fitting. Fly fishing can also be arranged. Riding stables also close-by. Full breakfast menu using local produce.Excellent dinners (by arrangement) and special diets catered for when advised beforehand.Pack lunches provided if required. Accommodation for up to six people (four in the main house and two in the Lodge) The Lodge has disabled access and wide doorways for wheelchair users. It is completely self contained

Marvel at the great abbeys of Jedburgh, Dryburgh, Melrose (burial place of the casket beleived to contain the heart of King Robert the Bruce)and Kelso. The great houses of Manderston (famous as a film location) and Mellerstane (superb Georgian house by William and Robert Adam all a delight to the visitor. Duns is home to the Jim Clark museum. Mary Queen of Scots Visitor Centre is in Jedburgh, together with the Abbey and Jedburgh Castle Jail and museum (19th century reform prison)
