Dorset is a county rich in historic interest and rural beauty. The Jurassic Coastal Walks are unsurpassed and stretch from our door for many miles of unspoilt countryside both East and West. A great getaway for all ages. We have hosted groups of Walkers, Geologists, Botanists, Butterfly enthusiasts, Bikers, Vintage Car Drivers, Artists and Photographers and many more. We hold regular Art and Photographic Courses at the hotel details of which can be found on our website. We offer excellent food with an emphasis on fresh fish and shellfish particularly Lulworth Cove Lobsters and Crabs and dived Scallops. We are also famous for our Dorset Cream Teas and local recipe Apple Cake together with local Real Ales from the Piddle Brewery and Prize Winning Purbeck Ice Cream. Our swimming pool which is heated from 1st May to 1st October is situated high above the hotel with spectacular sea views and all day sunshine. The Cove is a quick walk from the hotel. The coastal walks are a challenge to any age group but well worth the effort. The views are amazing.
