Menifters is 2 miles from St Keverne on the Lizard Peninsular. It is surrounded by farmland and the nearest neighbour is some 200 yards away. To come here a car is definitely required and the lanes are very narrow. However the main road from Helston to St Keverne is a wide 2 lane road. The views from Menifter are stunning, with open aspect across miles of countryside towards Falmouth Bay and along the whole of the South East Cornish Coast

Menifters is just over a mile from the picturesque cove at Porthallow which has a pub serving lunch and evening meals during the holiday season. Further afield in St Keverne there are 2 pubs and a restaurant. There is a food store and butchers here if you want to avoid driving to Helston for the nearest supermarkets.

The Helford River with it wooded shores and greeks is 5 miles away. About the same distance is Coverack with a sandy beach and small harbour.

The stunning Keynance Cove is 12 miles and Kennack Sands is 8 miles.
