The Butlers Cottage is a one bedroom Cottage which sleeps upto 3 people + Cot
Ground Floor:
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen, electric cooker/hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine
Dining area/Lounge: 3 seater sofa and two armchairs. Table and 3 chairs. TV and DVD player.
First Floor:
Master bedroom: Double bed and single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lights. Room for a cot
Bathroom: Bath, wash-hand basin and toilet
(It is attached onto The Old Coach House, and has firedoors inbetween which can be opened if a larger party wish to let both cottages together. Ideal for Grandparents on holiday with their family.)

Area description
We are half a mile off a country road, and 3/4 mile from the village of Llanfallteg. We are only approx 3 miles from the A40, and 30 min drive from Carmarthen and Haverfordwest, so you can enjoy the peace a quite of the countryside with the added bonus of being close to the towns as well.
We are only 5 miles from the small towns of Whitland and Narberth, 20 mins drive from Saundersfoot and Tenby beaches. In Narberth there is the local swimming pool, Spar, Costcutter to do your shopping, and lots of unique shops to buy gifts etc.
We have Folly Farm, Oakwood theme park, Pembertons chocolate farm, Dylan Thomas' boat house (to name a few) within easy distance.
