The Old Coach House is a two bedroom semi-detatched Cottage and sleeps a maximum of 6 people + Cot
The spacious and stylish triple-aspect sitting room/diner/kitchen is only one of the many unique features of this cottage. Others include: the balcony over the kitchen, bulls-eye window in the master bedroom and the arched French windows in the lounge; opening onto a cobbled patio.
Ground Floor:
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen, electric cooker/hob, fridge with top box freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Dining Area: Table and 6 chairs and welsh dresser
Lounge: Leather three seater sofa, two arm chairs and wooden rocking chair, wood/coal fire, coffee table, TV and DVD player
Bathroom: Bath, shower, toilet and wash hand basin
First Floor:
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, bedside tables and lights. It also has a separte dressing area with wash-hand basin. (room for a cot)
Second Bedroom: Two sets of 2ft 6 bunk beds (so only suitable for children) wardrobe & drawers, wash-hand basin, bedside tables and lights.
(The Old Coach House is attached to The Butlers Cottage, and has fire doors inbetween which can be opened up if a larger party wishes to book both cottages. Ideal for a family on holiday with Grandparents aswell.)

Area description
We are half a mile off a country road, and 3/4 mile from the village of Llanfallteg. We are only approx 3 miles from the A40, and 30 min drive from Carmarthen and Haverfordwest, so you can enjoy the peace a quite of the countryside with the added bonus of being close to the towns as well.
We are only 5 miles from the small towns of Whitland and Narberth, 20 mins drive from Saundersfoot and Tenby beaches. In Narberth there is the local swimming pool, Spar, Costcutter to do your shopping, and lots of unique shops to buy gifts etc.
We have Folly Farm, Oakwood theme park, Pembertons chocolate farm, Dylan Thomas' boat house (to name a few) within easy distance.
