Duffryn Farm Holiday Cottages are situated in a quiet valley in the little village of Dunvant at the gateway to the beautiful Gower Peninsula. With it’s many clean, beautiful beaches and rural walks it is easy to see how the Gower Peninsula was designated the UK’s first area of outstanding natural beauty. The development consists of 5 terraced self catering cottages in all, each with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. There is also a terraced cottage with full disabled facilities sleeping 2. The disabled accessible unit can be booked separately or as part of one of the cottages (will sleep 8) this unit has an adjoining door.

There is also a communal Laundry room which houses washing machines and tumble dryers for residents use.
The Ground floor consists of an open plan living room and kitchen area. Fully fitted kitchen with leather sofas, colour TV, DVD player and Hi-fi.

On the first floor are the bathroom, shower and toilet. Two separate double bedrooms - sleeping two in each room. The third floor attic has a third spacious bedroom which sleeps two.

The cottages are situated in a quiet valley with 60 acres of farm and woodland. There are also 2 lakes for the keen fisherman. Almost 1 acre of lawned gardens are ideal for picnics and BBQ’s.
Guests may also explore the local valley and woods. The beautiful walks and beaches of Gower are only 15 minutes away with Swansea town centre and the Mumbles approximately 8 miles.

HORSES
Guests with an equestrian interest may bring horses by prior arrangement.
We have on site grazing with secure stables 2 minutes away.

Several golf courses are only a few minutes drive away with one within walking distance where special arrangements can be made. See the picture gallery for details.

FISHING
There are 2 woodland lakes on the ground that are excellent for course fishing. Rudd, Roach, Perch and Carp can be readily caught. We operate a catch and return policy.

SHOPS & RESTAURANTS
Local shop’s, pubs and clubs are also close by. There is a Spar shop within walking distance which is open 7 days a week 7am-10pm also the local pub called “The Found Out” is a short 2 minute walk from the Spar, which serves food 12-2pm lunch and 5.30 -9pm evening meals.
