Property description
This very comfortable cottage is situated just off the town centre. It has two bedrooms and will sleep up to 6. The entrance hall leads to a dining area with a table and chairs and a separate cosy lounge. There is a TV, DVD and two sofas, one of which can be made into a double bed-settee. There is a well-fitted kitchen with a washing machine and a large fridge-freezer. A small lobby area with access to the rear of the cottage leads on to a fully-tiled bathroom with shower and WC.
2 bedrooms - The main bedroom has fully-fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a 5ft bed. There are reading lights/clock radio and TV. Bedroom two has a double bed, wardrobe and shelves.
To the rear of the property there is a raised patio garden with BBQ facilities and a designated car parking space to the side. Gas central heating

Area description
Exmouth lies at the mouth of the river Exe and has 2 miles of golden sand with dunes to explore. A nature reserve spreads across a large part of the estuary, and is home to many birds and other wildlife. It is also at the start of the Heritage Coastal Path, a coastal and cliff top walk that takes you all the way to Lyme Regis. From Exmouth a short ferry ride will take you to Starcross and Dawlish where you can walk to Powderham Castle and waterside pubs. The town has a wide variety of shops and an indoor market. There are a number of parks in and around the town. There are numerous sporting activities you can enjoy during your stay. Watersports include windsurfing, kite surfing, jet ski, wake boarding and water skiing. Exmouth has a railway station, and a short ride will take you to the city of Exeter with its many attractions. The airport at Exeter is about 8 miles by car.
