Outside a neat yard with lockable gate and shed, suitable for bikes, outdoor gear etc., and a detached garden. The garden is great for BBQs(not supplied) and sitting in the sunshine (not guaranteed).
Although not listed as suitable for guests with limited mobility, having a shower room on the ground floor is very useful, for less spritly members of your family.
