A newly refurbished and spacious four bed farm house situated on a working farm in the heart of Gower. The farm house is set in its own acreage with farm animals and views over Rhossili Down. It also features a downstairs bedroom and newly fitted shower room making it suitable for some visitors with limited mobility.
Knelston Garage has a well stocked convenience store and is only a minute's walk, whilst the Kind Arthur Hotel offers excellent pub fayre and is just a few minutes by car. From the farm there is a public footpath which leads to Port Eynon Beach approximately three miles away or to Oxwich Bay which is a little further.


Accommodation: Entrance into hallway with doors off to the sitting room, a family room, kitchen diner, shower room and stairs to the first floor. The large sitting room has soft seating for up to seven people, other occasional furniture, a digital TV and a DVD. The family room has a sofa bed and a large armchair, a digital TV and a DVD. The fitted kitchen/diner has a electric hob with a fan assisted oven under, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The dining table, situated in the corner of the room, will comfortably sit six people but has enough chairs for up to 8. There is also a breakfast bar with two bar stools. From the kitchen there is a ground floor bedroom with a single bed and a pullout bed underneath. This room is ideal for some people with limited mobility as the newly fitted shower room with WC and wash hand basin is also on this floor.

First Floor: Upstairs there are three bedrooms: two doubles and a twin. Each bedroom has views towards Rhossili Downs or Burry. There is also a newly fitted bathroom which has a three piece suite with a shower over the bath.

Outside: There is a utility room which has a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer. Next to it is a storage room for bikes/surfboards. The large enclosed garden is mainly laid to lawn and has some natural shade from mature trees.
