The recently refurbished period farmhouse retains many of its original features and offers comfortable en suite bed and breakfast accommodation, including 3 family rooms.
There are several purpose-built group meeting, training and conference suites to choose from, as well as a relaxing lounge and self-service bar offering a great range of organic wines, beers, ciders and soft drinks.
Biomass central heating, solar hot water, rainwater harvesting and willow beds for treating waste water are just a few of the accommodation’s eco-features. And all profits go to support the work of Avon Wildlife Trust, which owns Folly Farm.

The local area is renowned for its fantastic cycling and the West County Way, part of National Cycle Route 3, passes close by. Cyclists are always very welcome at Folly Farm.
And Folly Farm is already popular with walking groups. Try some of the nature reserve walks or head elsewhere. The Two Rivers Way footpath winds it way along the River Chew, the Monarch’s Way passes close by and the Mendip Way is the main long-distance footpath up on the hills.
Inspiring countryside, environmental and craft courses are run at Folly Farm throughout the year. These include willow sculpture and green woodwork days, oil pastel and silk painting workshops, watercolour weekends and barn owl sketching.
