There is ample parking to the front of the property, and secure parking to the rear of the cottage for a small boat or jet ski.
The property is heated by wood burners in the kitchen and lounge, and centrally heated by propane gas. The combi boiler supplies the hot water. These services are included. All bedding is provided. You are however requested to bring your own personal towels.

Local attractions include the Italianate Village of Porthmerion, the Ffestiniog Railway and the Welsh Highland Railway Porthmadog. Beautiful beaches of white sand on the Llyn Peninsula, Criccieth Castle overlooking Cardigan Bay, the village of Criccieth has won the village in Bloom Competition 2 years running, Criccieth has a wealth of restaurants, pubs and a great fish and chip shop near the castle. A fantastic spot to explore the Wonders of Wales, you won't be disappointed.
