Property description
The cottage is an attractive 2 bedroom bungalow (sleeps 4 + cot)
(1 double and 1 twin) and has a high ceilinged open plan Kitchen/Living Room that is light and airy and overlooks a valley that runs down to the two safe sandy beaches that are 400m away. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
The property is fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, flat screen TV/DVD and vacuum cleaner.
Duvets,blankets and pillows are provided and there is a facility for hiring linen locally. Also provided is also a Laundry/Freezer Room on site for guests use.
The gardens extend to approx. 2 acres and are laid to lawns and flower borders there are also picnic tables and a dedicated barbeque area.
A popular addition has proved to be the large trampoline.

Area description
Hope Cove lies at the foot of a beautiful valley that leads down to the sea and beaches. Close by, in the village, are a number of hotels, a pub and restaurants. There is also a small shop/Post Office.
The area is designated one of outstanding natural beauty. The south west coastal path, with its stunning cliff views over the Devon and Cornwall coasts, runs through the village and over the headland to Salcombe.
