Because the apartments are situated together they are ideal for two families to share a holiday while retaining full independence and individual space.
Each apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable relaxing holiday. The kitchens all have dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & fridge freezer. The lounges have LCD televisions with digital channels in built & DVD players.
There is a private car park space for each property for your use situated at the back of theproperties. Two properties share a good size decking & garden area. The other a small private balcony.

Hayle has a lot to offer from gorgeous beaches to birdwatching and is well known for its RSPB reserve site. It also has a brilliant surfing beach which is very popular. There is a large well stocked surf shop where you can buy or hire any surfing equipment you may need. There are many fantastic coastal walks to enjoy around the area.
Hayle is centrally located. It is a 10 minute drive to St.Ives and 15 minutes to Marazion and Penzance. We are within easy reach of the Minack Theatre, Falmouth Marine Museum, Eden Project, St.Michaels Mount and many other fantastic tourist attractions.
Hayle is a large town with a population of approximately 14000. It offers many pubs, wine bars, restaurants and take aways. A small new retail park has recently been built with M & S, Boots and Next. The town however has many shops offering everything from foodstuffs and clothing to sporting goods and souvenirs.

Introduction
Harbour side View apartment is set on a terrace of the main street opposite the harbour and is on the ground level. We have tried to put as much information as possible in this statement but if there are other queries you have please contact us. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The nearest bus stop is a few minutes walk away from the apartment
The nearest train station is a 6 minute walk away from the apartment. The stop is Hayle and is a local line, not all trains stop here but all the trains stop at is St.Erth which is a 6 minute car/taxi ride away from the apartment.

There is a car park space for the apartment (see directions sent to you by post or email)
The car park is levelled concrete and is flat and even but there are 9 steep wooden steps from the car park to the back door of the apartment.
The car park space is 10 meters away from the back door.
There is also 1 step from the patio to the concrete approaching the back door.
The back door leads straight into the kitchen and is 75cm wide & 1m 93cm high
There is no long term street parking.
Once into the back patio/decking area there are no steps leading into the back door.
The front entrance of the apartment is accessed by a gate and then 5 granite steps leading to the front door. There are no handrails on the steps.

The front door leads into a corridor and is 78cm wide & 2m high

Lounge & Dining room
The door leading into the lounge/diner is 80cm wide and hinged on the left and is at the end of the corridor. There is no step.
The lounge & dining room is open plan and is a good size room.
The clear space in the dining room is 1m 60cm x 3m between the sideboard & table
There is a oak veneer dining table that is 75cm high. The table can be moved easily to make a good space around it.
There are 6 brown faux leather dining chairs which are all movable.
There are 2 brown leather sofa’s. One 3 seather and one 2 seater both with arms. There are also 2 brown faux leather cubes to put your feet on for more comfort.
The clear space in the lounge is 2m 26cm x 3m 50cm
The flooring is oak laminate throughout the lounge and dining room.
There is a wool rug in the lounge area that can easily be moved.
There is a 32 inch LCD tv with teletext, freeview and a remote control. There is also a dvd player with a remote control.
Laundry
There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen accessed by one step. There is a front loading washing machine, also a indoor airer, ironing board & iron.
There are 2 rotary washing lines in the shared patio/decking area.
Shop
Closest shop is a Spar which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a small health food shop 3 doors down from the front door which sells a small amount of organic items such as fresh bread etc. There are various cafes, fruit & veg shop, newsagents, flower shop, banks and take aways all within a 5 minute walk from the front of the apartment.

Main Bedroom
The main room is very spacious

There is a 5ft double bed which is 82cm high

The clear space from one side of bed is 1m 30cm to wall. The other side 67cm to wardrobe.

2nd bedroom
The door width is 80cm and is at the end of the entrance corridor. This bedroom is next to the bathroom.
There are two 2ft 6” twin beds that can be linked together to make a 5ft double bed if required.
There is limited space in this room. The clear space is 1m x 2m 20cm from bed to wardrobes
In between beds if they are left as twin is 57cm. If bed is as kingsize then one side would be next to wall and there would 57cm from the bed to the wall.

Bathroom & WC
The toilet & bath is in the same room. It is a compact room. There is 1m x 80cm clear space
There is a gas shower in the bath with a flexible hose.

The walls are tiled, both the walls and the floor are cream.
There is a release mechanism on the outside of the locked door if required. The lock height is 85cm from the floor.

Kitchen is a galley kitchen and is 1m wide at its narrowest which is sink to breakfast bar. From oven to wall 1m 40cm Has lots of cupboards on the floor level & the over the top.
Worktop & breakfast bar height is 90cm
Oven door is drop down and the height of the lowest shelf is 45cm and is accessed from the front or the side.

The hob height is 93cm and is gas

There is a breakfast bar for 2 people with 2 high stools stored under.
There is a fridge freezer. The freezer is at the bottom and the fridge at the top. The lowest shelf in the fridge is 1m 10cm
Grounds & Gardens
There is a shared area at the back of the property. Accessed by the car park or the back door. There is a good size decking area that has 2 steps up to it. There is a glass patio table & 4 chairs. On the patio there are 2 built in barbeques. The grills are stored in the small shed near them. There are 2 rotary washing lines.
The front garden has no grass but has pebbled area and a patio area with potted plants.

The refuge area is in the car park area. There is a wheely bin for the apartment.
Evacuation can be through the front or the back door. Both bedrooms have windows large enough to escape from in an emergency if you are an able bodied person. The lounge and dining room also has windows large enough to escape from, one to the front of the property and one to the outside rear area.
There is a smoke alarm in the corridor by the bedrooms which is tested regularly.
The apartment is non smoking
Service dogs are welcome and a small dog maybe allowed on request.
