High Lane Farm Holiday Cottages

The Stable Cottage, Old Byre Cottage and Hayloft Cottage Self Catering Holiday Cottages are all ideal for long stay or short break holidays for both families or couples.
As we are a working farm there are lots of animals to be seen, (tours available by request).There is lots of space for children to play which includes a playground area just outside the Cottages.
You can just walk, cycle or ride out onto the open fells. Or alternatively visit the local towns and villages and tourist attractions.
We can accommodate horses if you wish to bring them, the bridal ways in the area are endless.
The Lake District, Pennines and the Yorkshire Dales are within easy reach, making High Lane Farm an ideal location for your self catering holidays.
All the Cottages are fully central heated providing ideal self catering accommodation all year round. The Bathrooms are all spacious Bathroom with Shower over Bath , w.c and a shaving point.The Fully equiped kitchens have a Gas Hob and Electric Cooker. Microwave and Fridge Freezer.The Lounge area has a colour tv with freeview, dvd player and Hi-fi.
Stable Cottage sleeps up to 5 and 1 cot. Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize double bed which can be divided into 2 single beds. It also contains a wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Bedroom 2 has three single beds, which can be rearranged into a kingsize double and a single with bedside cabinets and a walk in wardrobe. Upstairs is a spacious living area/Kitchen with original beamed ceilings.
Old Byre Cottage sleeps upto 4 and 1 cot. Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize double bed which can be divided into 2 single beds with bedside cabinets ,wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with bedside cabinet and wardrobe.
Upstairs is an open plan Kitchen /Dining area & Lounge with access to the Patio Area.
Hayloft Cottage sleeps upto 4 and 1 cot. This Cottage has 1 large family room which has 2 kingsize double beds which can be divided into single beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobe.
Upstairs is an open plan Kitchen /Dining area & Lounge with a julienne balcony.
Hayloft Cottage and Old Byre Cottage have a locked door between them which can be opened up to make 1 larger Cottage which sleeps 8.
