Hills Court Cottage, Croyde - Braunton

Hills Court Cottage stands on a large redoute above the medieval part of Braunton and has panoramic views and private grounds. It is an excellent base from which to explore North Devon and enjoy its blue flag sandy beaches - all of which are closeby.

A beautiful and spacious 4 bedroomed property that provides the perfect setting for a wonderful family holiday . The house has been recently refurbished with modern bathrooms and a kitchen and has all the creature comforts that you would expect. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom including double sized shower and king size bed. There is a large front garden and a further lawned area and patio area at the rear of the property.

There are 4 main beaches in the area (Saunton Sands, Croyde, Putsborough and woolacombe) ranging from a 5 to 15 minutes drive away. The beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe regularly win awards for cleanliness and safety and are manned by lifeguards throughout the summer months.

Most of the region appears to be untouched by time as sleepy, windy lanes reveal thatched roofed cottages and historic buildings and villages such as Lynton in the north of the region and Hartland and Clovelly in the south. The village of Croyde has many examples of cob walled, thatched cottages.

Hills Court Cottage has four bedrooms:
4 bedrooms - Master bedroom with ensuite (and double shower) walk in wardrobe
Bedroom 2 with 5ft zip and link bed which can be split to 2 single beds
Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk beds
Bedroom 4 with 5ft zip and link bed which can be split to 2 single beds
and french doors to garden.

There is also a travel cot.

All bedrooms have blackout blinds as well as curtains. Bedlinen and hand towels provided - bath and beach towels not provided.

Heating: Central heating provided by gas fired combination bolier. There is aslo a woodburner in the lounge.

Hills Court Cottage is a no smoking house and we are unable to allow any pets.

There is off road parking for 2 cars.

There is a large front garden with patio area and seating for 8 people.

In the back garden there is another table with seating for 8 People.

There is a BBQ in the garden.

Surf boards and wetsuits are available for hire - this can be arranged before
your holiday or whilst you are on holiday.

Surf lessons available on request.
