On the ground floor of Sole Bay Cottage are the Sitting room, Dining room, Kitchen, a Shower room and a separate WC. On the first floor there is a double Bed / Sitting room, another double Bedroom and a single Bedroom as well as the Laundry room, Bathroom and Shower room which are reached through the "television room" in which is the single futon.

The front basement room has a single bed and bunk beds.

There is full gas central heating with instant hot water.

Two colour TVs, with TV points in most rooms, a DVD/CD player, radio and a cot are provided.

The interior is painted entirely in pale ochre, blues and white with strong colours gained from the upholstery of the furniture, cushions and Oriental rugs throughout all the rooms. The furniture is almost all of light timbers, Oak and Beech, giving a casual and relaxing feel.

Sole Bay Cottage is entered via two steps up from the roadway round South Green. From the long entrance hall the Dining and Sitting rooms open, with a door to the stairs down to the basement. The Sitting room has two large sofas, cabinets, an oak gate-leg table, coffee table, television and radio and DVD player. The Dining room is furnished with an oak extending table, at which all the house guests can dine at one sitting, sideboard, cupboard and a folding serving trolley. Through the swing door at the rear of the hall is the kitchen, fully equipped with gas hob with extract fan hood over, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge, and a powerful Vent Axia fan if needed. The floor of the kitchen is quarry tiled and a door leads out into the yard from the kitchen. This yard, also accessible via the courtyard of the Red Lion, offers lockable storage for bicycles and a way in with muddy boots after walks over the marshes or from the town with shopping! Through the other door, at the back of the kitchen, is the shower room and separate WC. Both these have wash basins, ventilation fans wired into the lighting circuit with timed over-runs and lino flooring, as do have the bathrooms upstairs. The basement Bedroom, with a window to the front, has the bunk beds and one single, ideal for children, with clothes hanging space under the stairs.

The single Bedroom on the first floor has double doors onto the small balcony over the front door. The Bed Sitting room, for two, has plenty of storage in a wardrobe, a "tallboy" and the bedding drawer under the bed. There is also a sofa and gate-leg table. The rear Bedroom has a 4' 0" double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and a washbasin. The TV / Bedroom has a single Futon sofa, wardrobe and bedside cabinet with the second television. It is through this room, down two steps, that the laundry, shower and bathrooms are reached. The Laundry room has a sink, automatic washing machine and tumble drier. The Bathroom has a washbasin, bidet and WC and the Shower room a WC and small basin.

We do insist on non-smoking tenants and unfortunately are not able to accept any pets.
