Outside: Parking is available without restriction on the Buttlands to the front of the property. There is a small patio & lawned garden accessed through the double glazed doors in the reception room. This garden is shared with both Holly Cottage and Holly House although some segregation is acheived by a wall divider between each property and some shrub planting to deliniate the gardens. Please note that whilst the garden is walled there is access down the side of Holly Loge (for owners of dogs & small children). The front garden is also enclosed but relies on the gates to the front of each property to be closed.
