Property description
Our luxury self-catering cottages have been recently converted from our farm steading to provide 4star accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere.
Our cottages come fully equipped including WiFi, 32" digital TV,DVD player in the upstairs lounge, and a smaller 19" digital TV/DVD player in the kitchen/diner. Our kitchens are equipped with oven/hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and all the other small pieces of equipment which make catering for you and your family a pleasure. Both our cottages have a shower-room downstairs, and an upstairs bathroom.
The Granary has three bedrooms, 1 x twin, 1 x double and a larger family room with a king bed and a day bed. Upstairs in the Granary, the large open plan lounge allows you to enjoy the beatiful views surrounding the cottages.
The Stables has 1 x twin room and 1 x double room, and we can offer a comfortable sofa bed for the larger party of guests. Views to the north from the upstairs lounge include the foothills of the Grampian range, Kinnoull Hill in Perth, and the Crieff hills. We have a large car parking area and guests can enjoy country walks around our farm. Stop and talk to the ponies, admire the lambs, listen to the birds, enjoy the Perthshire countryside at its best.

Area description
Horselea Holiday Cottages are situated 7 miles south of Perth in the Strathearn Valley. Scone Palace is around 10 miles and easily accessible by car. visit the Palace, or enjoy the gardens, or if time allows enjoy both. For the keen golfer, there are 29 courses in Perthshire including the famous Gleneagles, 20 minutes drive from Horselea. Carnoustie and St. Andrews are also within 1hours drive. Walkers will find easy and more challenging walks within Perthshire, from The Hermitage at Dunkeld, The Birks of Aberfeldy, to the local Monroes such as Ben Lawers and Schiehallion. Visit the Crannog at Kenmore and experience the Pictish roundhouse built on stilts on Loch Tay. Perth also has our award winning Concert Hall and Perth Theatre where guests can enjoy a play, concert, or other event.
