Property description
Itchen Down Farm is located in the heart of the Hampshire countryside close to the ancient town of Winchester and near to the old market town of Alresford. The farm is easily accessible by road, being approximately five miles from Junction 9 of the M3, or six mile taxi ride from Winchester station.
The accommodation offered is a recently converted old flint dairy courtyard adjacent to the farmhouse. It is a working farm, mostly arable.
Golf, fishing and hourse riding nearby Wonderful and cycling.
The Stables apartment is a double bed sitting room with luxury shower room and a fully equipped kitchen where guest are able to cater for themselves. Television with DVD player also seperate radio wireless internet Tastefully decorated with many attractive finishing touches. Guests will have the use of the courtyard Garden. Parking is provided on site.
A small laundry is available for guest use, with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided also.
