Situated in the Cotswolds near Burford and within easy reach of Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham, Broadway, Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the Wold, Cirencester and Bibury; two very individual cottages, which can be booked individually or taken up by a larger party as a whole.

King John's Barn, a haven of peace and tranquility with outstanding views. Set on the edge of Langley Farm, a former Royal Hunting Lodge for the Wychwood Forest, now a working stock farm.

Two delightful indivudally styled properties to choose from or just perfect for two
families when booked together.

The Gallery - can be booked as an individual unit or in conjunction with Oak Tree Cottage. The Gallery is very happy to take pets.

A very spacious airy property with the benefit of the large glazed barn opening giving fantastic views across open countryside. Fully centrally heated and furnished to a high standard with modern and antique furniture to provide a very homely atmosphere.

Back door to the well fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer dryer, door to the light and airy galleried sitting/dining room with exposed roof timbers, and far reaching views through the fully glazed Barn opening with doors to outside, ideal to sit in the morning sunshine. Two steps lead down to a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Stairs lead to first floor bedroom (twin/zip link double), again with lots of exposed timbers and a further bathroom.

Outside is the private sitting area with solid wooden garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, where guests can sit, relax and admire the evening sunsets and the views across green fields beyond. There is ample parking all within the fenced and gated gravelled area.

The property has a sofa bed for extra guests and travel cots and high chairs are available for little visitors. Good extendable table in each property allows large groups to dine together in comfort.

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in The Gallery only so please bring you own dog's beds.

Oak Tree Cottage - can be booked as an individual unit or in conjunction with The Gallery. Unfortunately no pets accepted.

The cosier more cottage like and slightly smaller of the two properties. Fully centrally heated and furnished to a high standard with modern and antique furniture to provide a very homely atmosphere.

Three steps lead down to the gravelled sitting area with back door to utility room with washer dryer, coat hooks and door to sitting/dining room with exposed beam and french doors back to outside terrace with solid wooden garden furniture, parasol and barbecue area. Well fitted kitchen off dining area with dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The staircase leads from the sitting room and splits half way up to the first floor double bedroom and separate shower room and the second twin/zip link double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Outside there is plenty of parking within the fenced and gated gravelled area.

There are strictly no dogs allowed in Oak Tree Cottage.
