A self contained flat with private access, located in the heart of the New Forest with direct access to the forest for excellent walks & bike rides. 10 golf courses within 20 minutes drive. Dogs welcome at no extra cost. Parking for 2 cars, use of tennis court and access to large garden. Easy walk to local village with shop & pub.

The flat is a 2nd floor flat with own private entrance and staircase. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom (with shower over bath).

All bed linen and towels are provided and guests have a choice of duvets or blankets.

The flat is available all year round and bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Ccentral heating is provided in the morning and evening (in winter) and included in the rent. Electricity is charged for separately at the end of the stay.

There is a TV with freeview box in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, an electric cooker/oven, a microwave and fridge/freezer.

Guests have access to 5 acres of garden, use of a tennis court, lockable bicycle storage can be provided and there is the use of a table with chairs.

The property opens directly onto the forest, with many walks and good bicycle rides directly from the flat. Cycle hire is available locally, as are fishing, pony trekking, horse and cart rides, golf, sailing and other water sports and we are within 30 minutes of numerous good beaches.

There are over 10 pubs within a 5 mile drive which provide food, many allow dogs.

Southampton, Bournemouth & Salisbury have excellent theatres and cinemas.
