Langley Chalet offers high quality accommodation and benefits from an open plan living area, with Farrow & Ball painted floorboards and tasteful decor in keeping with the character of the chalet. Most rooms offer lovely views; the morning cuppa sat up in bed looking out across the bay definitely makes you feel like you are on holiday!

ACCOMMODATION:

Kitchen/Dining
Langley's kitchen comes equiped with slimline cooker, a slimline dishwasher, an upright large family size fridge freezer (fridge section at the top), microwave, fully equipped with ample cutlery, crockery, utensils, gadgets, pots and pans. Hot water in the chalet is provided for by means of an under sink electric heater that supplies both the kitchen sink and the shower room basin. Electricity £1 coin meter.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with solid oak extendable dining table and mains electric wall panel heater.

Living Area
In the living area a 22" LCD / DVD television with Freeview and iPod Docking CD radio are provided. The living area has two Laura Ashley sofa's which give a comfortable relaxing place to sit and enjoy the vista through the large sliding patio doors to the front of the chalet

Bedrooms
The Cornwall Chalet comprises of one double bedroom with bedside table, wardrobe, above bed wall lights and hairdryer. The second bedroom has twin single beds with bedside drawers and wardrobe. Duvets and pillows (non-feather) are provided. Each bedroom has a mains electric heater

Shower Room
The shower room includes an electric Mira shower providing instant hot water enclosed by a 6mm safety glass extra large sized Roman cubicle. Hot air heater fan, shaver point with light and mirror over full size wash basin. Storage cupboard suitable for toiletries, towels etc
Outside

To the front of the Cornwall Chalet are steps down from the sliding patio door, a paved area with bench and grassy lawn perfect for relaxing in the sun. Here you can again take in the great views across St Ives Bay. To the rear of the chalet is a rotary washing line to dry out your beach gear. Ample parking alongside the chalet.
