L'Avventura and Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is a single storey cottage, accommodating up to 4 people in 1 double and 1 twin/kingsize bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite facility, one with shower cubicle and one with bath and shower over.

The cottage has a very well equipped kitchen/diner and utility room. There is a very comfortable lounge with large flat screen TV and DVD player, DVD library as well as books and games. A second sun lounge/garden room provides an additional relaxation space, with views to the garden and mountains beyond Loch Broom. This room has CD/Radio and iPod dock as well as a range of visitor information on attractions within the Highland area.

L'Avventura is a two storey Highland Villa, sleeping up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, 2 double, 1 kingsize and 1 twin. There are two fully tiled en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor, close to a cloakroom/wc. All bedrooms have wall mounted TV/DVD player.

Having been fully refurbished L'Avventura offers luxurious accommodation including a large lounge with wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod/CD/Radio. There is a comfortable fully fitted kitchen/diner with Rangemaster cooker, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility room provides washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing and drying facility.

A large deck to the front of the villa allows guests to enjoy the most spectacular views of Loch Broom and the mountains beyond, as well as the private hillside garden and resident bird population.
