The City of Glasgow is situated on the banks of the River Clyde and boasts a bustling, friendly, vibrant feel. Tourists from around the world flock to Glasgow for its cultural entertainment including the breathtaking ballet and opera and classical musical offering from the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, the BBC Symphony Orchestra and the National Youth Orchestra - all located here in the heart of Scotland and adding to the reason Glasgow gained its United Nations City of Music label.

Glasgow is perhaps most famous for being the birthplace of the world famous architect and designer, Charles Rennie Mackintosh (1868 - 1928). Mackintosh is best known for his design of The Glasgow School of Art, which is open to the public; our apartments are just 200 yards from the School of Art. At the Willow Tea Rooms, you can enjoy tea in the original Room De-Luxe as conceived by Mackintosh. The House for an Art Lover is situated in the beautiful parkland setting of Bellahouston Park and is well worth a visit - designed by Mackintosh in 1901, it was only recently built to his plans in 1994, providing an excellent resource for visitors as a cultural attraction and exclusive dining venue.
