Malt House is a smart 3 bedroom semi detached house located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the quiet village of Bushmills on the north Antrim coast,home of the world famous Giants causeway and the Old Bushmills whiskey distillery.
The house was constructed approximately eight years ago to a very high modern standard. The accommodation comprises one double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. The house has a good sized kitchen / dining with all modern appliances, a utility room with washing machine/tumble drier and a Livingroom with sky TV and DVD player. Stair gates are available together with travel cot and high chair and a selection of toys and books for the children. Outside there are gardens to front and rear and a driveway capable of holding up to four cars. The rear garden is private and secure for children, complete with patio area equipped with patio table and chairs, a barbeque is also available if required.

Area description
Bushmills is located on the North Antrim coast just two miles from the world famous Giants Causeway with its majestic cliffs and breathtaking landscape. The Old Bushmills whiskey distillery is within walking distance, the distillery is the worlds oldest licenced whiskey distillery, making whiskey since 1608, tours are available daily. Other attractions in the area include Royal Portrush 18 hole champion golf course and numerous walking routes in and around the Giant's Causeway and Bushmills areas, Carrick-a rede rope bridge is located 15mins drive north of Bushmills and Rathlin Island can be accessed via a ferry from Ballycastle. Various good quality restaurants are located in and around the village of Bushmills.
Bushmills is located just ten miutes drive from Portush and twenty minutes drive from Portstewart, both resorts have good quality beaches and numerous restaurants.
The closest beach to Bushmills is at Portballintrae which is 5 minutes drive from the village.
Malt House is approx one hour and drive from Belfast Airport.
