Property description
Our house is perfect for a holiday on the North Norfolk coast. There is so much entertainment almost on your doorstep and Manningham House is such a comfortable, relaxing and well equipped house to return to at the end of a long day exploring.
Manningham House is perfectly situated in the heart of the peaceful village of Ringstead on the stunning North Norfolk coast. Whether you are looking to enjoy the beautiful coastline, endless sandy beaches, the glorious countryside or cultural visits, all can be found within a short distance.
Accommodation
This period house is spacious, built of natural carrstone and comfortably furnished throughout.
On the ground floor:
Large well-equipped kitchen/dining area with an Aga, as well as hob, oven and microwave, and seating for eight. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, flat screen TV (no sky) and an ipod docking system.
Two cosy sitting rooms, one with an open fire, games, TV with Sky, video and DVD; the second sitting room with an open fire, sofas and iPod docking system.
On the first floor:
Two double bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom, the other with a double bed.
One twin bedroom with new beds and bedding.
One single bedroom.
One family bathroom with bath, shower, underfloor heating, heated towel rail, basin and loo.
Outside:
Private garden with a BBQ and garden furniture.
Off-street parking for two cars.
Outbuilding housing table-tennis.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house.
