In the valley between Whitsand Bay and Kingsand/Cawsand, this historic Grade 1 12th Century house is on the main road of Millbrook to Mt Edgcumbe, Cremyll. King Charles stayed when hiding from the Roundheads. The Courthouse was held here once a month. Traditionally decorated to a high standard with ongoing mantainance checks,centrally heated throughout. Used as a bed and breadfast or a holiday let, sleeping 6-8 people. All three bedrooms are ensuite, with power showers, with the largest room haveing the bath also. Tea and coffee facilities in rooms, with T.V. and access to wifi. Communal lounge/dining room, kitchen fully utilised, and an enclosed courtyard for relaxing, smoking and barbeques.
