Property description
The three self contained apartments all sleep a maximum of six guests, and are comfortable and well presented.
Each flat has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and lounge/diner. There is a TV with freeview box, DVD player, CD player, MP3 docking station, free WiFi, books and games for the children.
All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided plus a small welcome pack.
Here at Marston, we are commited to sustainable tourism and hold a coveted Gold Award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme, as well as being 3* rated by VisitEngland and a Quality Jurassic Coast Business.
There is off road parking for one car per flat and dogs are accepted in flat 1.
The sandy beach is only a two minute walk from the apartments and the town is a twenty minute stroll along the seafront.

Swanage is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach, but there are many alternative attractions for you to enjoy whilst staying at Marston: various water sports are offered in Swanage, we are located on the South Coast path which passes our front door and are at the start of the Jurassic Coast. Fossil hunting at Kimmeridge, bird watching at Arne, Corfe Castle, Monkey World, Blue Pool, Swanage Steam Railway, Durlston Country Park - you name it, its here!
