As it is the original “Sea Captains House” we have endeavored to continue this theme throughout this lovely spacious 3 storey 5 bedroom property. Subtle blue & white walls throughout compliment the surrounding beautiful Welsh coastline & you are literally 3mins walk from the blue flag sandy beaches & very central to all the amenities in Aberporth.

“The Sea Captains House" has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and we are pleased to inform you that the Welsh Assembly has rated this property 4star. It is only 70 meters from the sea & 5 minutes walk to the beach.

This grand old house was commissioned to be built by a Sea Captain of the village before the turn of the last century, it has a lovely character & feel about it.

All the bedrooms are bright & fresh. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 double & 2 twin rooms all tastefully furnished with solid pine furniture plus a kitchenette, utility room, shower & toilet.

Bedroom 5, Is on the 1st floor & again has its own sink, this is ideal for young ones as parents are close in the main living areas.

All the bedrooms are bright & fresh with a plenty of storage space.

Along with the final bedroom on this 1st floor there is a large family bathroom. There is a shower & 2nd toilet downstairs on the ground floor.

On the first floor a large L shaped living room which has black leather 3seater, 2seater & a recliner plus digital TV & DVD.

The large dining room has a solid pine table that seats 10 people comfortably & a music centre. This leads to a large fully fitted kitchen plus a dishwasher & has a further seating area for 4 people. From this area there is an added second staircase leading back to the ground floor. Finally on this floor a large family bathroom & the fifth bedroom which has bunk beds & a sink.

On the second floor is a games room with sea views!!

Mike & I felt that in the unlikely event you might be unfortunate to have the odd cloudy day that a games room would brighten up your stay in Aberporth.
This is a huge room that not only accommodates a pool table, dart board & table football, but has also a two 3seater sofas & a 3seater sofa bed.

From the games room we have views over the rear garden.

The property has a beautiful mature enclosed garden with a patio area, enough seating to accommodate 12 guests, lighting & a barbeque.

The large dining room has a solid pine table that seats 10 people comfortably & a music centre. This leads to a large fully fitted kitchen plus a dishwasher & has a further seating area for 4 people. From this area there is an added second staircase leading back to the ground floor.

The fully fitted kitchen comprises of a washing machine, dish washer, oven with hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer & breakfast bar as well as a dining table to seat 4. There's a second kitchen directly below this one via the 2nd staircase on the left of this picture, this has another frezzer.

The accommodation is centrally heated, constant hot water for a bath or for those who prefer, an electric shower.

The house has parking for 2 moderate cars at the front with further space just a few paces away.
